• 1st Stop

  Pont Neuf

  On this family-friendly walking tour of Paris's historic center, you'll explore the city’s rich beginnings, its renowned rulers, Roman heritage, and the French Revolution. The journey begins at Pont Neuf, the oldest stone arch bridge in Paris, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1991. Along the way, you’ll discover the main attractions that define central Paris.

• 2nd Stop

  Ile de la Cite

  These two islands in the middle of the Seine are a symbol of the heart of Paris and it is here where the Celtic tribe of the Parisii first settled in 200 BC and founded Lutecia. Later on, it was on this very spot that the Romans started building their first city which, by the Middle Ages, housed an important population center that gradually became the political, cultural, and spiritual center of France.

• 3rd Stop

  Conciergerie

  The Conciergerie is one of the oldest remnants of the Palais de la Cité, which served as the residence and power center for the kings of France during the Middle Ages. 

• 4th Stop

  Sainte-Chapelle

  You will view from the outside one of the finest examples of Gothic architecture in medieval Paris: the Sainte-Chapelle. Constructed in just seven years between 1241 and 1248, this stunning chapel is renowned for its distinctive design and remarkable stained glass windows.

• 5th Stop

  Cathedrale Notre-Dame de Paris

   

  Notre Dame is an iconic Gothic masterpiece, with construction beginning in 1163 under Louis VII and continuing for over 200 years. The cathedral was built using stones sourced from the Catacombs. Unfortunately, due to the fire in 2019, interior visits are currently not allowed.

• 6th Stop

  Fontaine Saint-Michel

  Accompanied by your guide, you will take the Metro from Saint-Michel Notre-Dame station to Denfert-Rochereau, the gateway to the Catacombs of Paris. The journey is quick, lasting just 15 minutes, and metro tickets are included in the tour price.

• 7th Stop

  The Paris Catacombs

  After your outdoor exploration of central Paris, you will arrive at the Catacombs, where you'll continue your adventure independently. Before entering, your guide will provide fascinating historical insights about these vast underground tunnels. Your group will benefit from skip-the-line tickets, which are included in the tour fee.
