Meet your guide at the entrance of the Colosseum and enjoy special skip-the-line access. On entering the iconic symbol of Rome, the Colosseum you’ll get a glimpse of Ancient Rome and stand where Emperors once stood to watch battles between gladiators and wild animals in the fight for their lives and the glory.
From here you’ll take a walk to see the archaeological ruins of the Roman Forum, which for hundreds of years was the center of the city for the citizens of ancient Rome. It once was lined with shops and open-air markets, but today you can only see the ruins of the many temples, arches, and Emperor’s residences.
